Wedding Receptions
We
look forward to serving you on one of the most important days of your life.
At a wedding reception, the DJ does much
more than just play music; he actually coordinates the
events of the evening. From introductions to toasts, from cake
cutting to first dances, from
bouquet/garter toss to the last dance.
You can rest assured that your wedding will
flow beautifully.
We understand that everyone
varies in the details they would like at their weddings and receptions.
We will meet with you personally as many time
as needed before your big day to plan with you and
make sure everything goes just as YOU want it. Our wedding book questionnaires
addresses all aspects of
event coordination. Our play lists may give you some ideas of the music you would like to play
at your
reception, and we can always get any song you request!
We at JRE are always on time and dressed appropriately.
We will wear Tuxedo’s (if that is
the attire).
We do not charge set-up and take-down fees and additional hours are always discounted.

Base Wedding Package Includes
Personal event planning via phone, email or in person and a final meeting 1-3 weeks prior
to your
wedding.
A four-hour reception
emceed by experienced DJ.
A two-Four speaker
all digital sound system, a wireless microphone, a back-up system on site, and
a complete music library.
Background music during dinner & cocktail hours, music of your
choice for traditional events
(I.e. bridal dances,
garter toss, etc.), and uninterrupted dance music to include requests from you
and your guests.
Set up and take down.
Extra Services
Ceremony
music and a wireless microphone for the person performing the ceremony.
Includes prelude music as guests arrive.
A tower of professional
beat-matched lighting. Adds a touch of class, especially for evening
receptions.
Additional speakers (For groups larger than
150 / large venues.)
Travel Fee applies for weddings outside the Knoxville, TN. area more than 100 miles.
